Pumpkin Patch... sort of

My mom came down for a visit a couple of weeks ago and we took Cale to the Gilcrease Orchards to find a pumpkin. When we got there we couldn't find one "normal" looking pumpkin so we settled for a yellowish green one and a withered one. It was also like 80 something degrees out too. Despite the warm weather and the fact that we left with like an inch of dirt all over us we had a good time.

Climber

I was in the kitchen yesterday and Cale was watching his baby einstein movie. When I looked up there he was on top of the coffee table. I originally put that table in front of the table to keep him from getting at the TV but I guess I’ll have to think of something else. I also got the cover for his big car seat in the mail and I am so excited about it. Cale looks so big in his new car I can’t believe it.

Out to Lunch

We took Cale down town and had lunch at the cheese burger place in planet Holywood. He loved siting up in a high chair like a big boy

Casons 26

Cason had a birthday on sunday and turned 26. I can't belive how "old" he is. Cason has practically been celebrating his birthday all month and so I think he had a good one. He got some new golf stuff and his car painted. Big green looks so spiffy.

Yes, Yes yesterday was my 24th Birthday and Cru thought I was only turning 22, you should have seen the look on his face when I told him I was 24. ( a wow your old look) All in all it was a good day I got to spend time with my family over labor day weekend and Cason's parents made my favorite dinner last night then Cason and I are going out alone tonight.

I got lots of fun presents, brighton jewlery, a kathy bag, jeans, new pots and pans, a cast iron pot, and one of my favs a kanab shirt. Look out cane county here I come.

My first birthday with Cale was deffinatly the best. He helped me blow out my candles and gave me kisses all day. It was great.

By the way if anyone needs anything cooked let me know. I love cooking with my new pans. :)

My new love

I got a new beautiful huge food processor for Christmas last year and I am sad to admitt I haven't really used it. I busted it out a couple weeks ago to make Cale some baby food, and I have fallen in love with it. I pull it out to make pesto sauce, bruchetta, chicken bundle mix, pretzle dough, baby food. I have only just discovered its posabilities.

Mile Stones

This last week has been so fun for us. Cason and I got to spend a little alone time in Scottsdale while my parents kept Cale. We slept in (untill 8:00am ) ate out, layed out, read, and went shopping. It was a blast.

Cale also had a good week. He is crawlig all over the place and pulling himself up on the furniture. He also said Da Da last night to cason in the pool. It was so cute.

He still isn't sleeping through the night yet so I am bumbed about that, but he is just growing and learning so fast.
